Logging in tonight reminded me of the dozens of people I know who are younger than me and have one or more children… willingly. Many of them have multiple children by multiple fathers. Also willingly. I’m only 22. At least half of these people are under 18.

What can they possibly think having a baby when you’re still basically a child will do to benefit their lives? Is this the consequence of poor health education? Or a generation of lazy, illogical little brats who are getting pregnant on purpose to keep a man around, can’t be bothered to take a trip to the doc for birth control, or just come with the inability to think things through? I could name you more than one person who has a child for those very reasons.

Things like this give me absolutely no hope for the future of the human race.
